This custom designed 11x15 shed blends in with the look of the house and provides plenty of storage as well as natural light.

Complete remodel of this Upper Arlington bathroom

This bathroom was built in the upstairs bedroom of a Cape Cod style home. With such a small footprint and angled ceilings, custom storage and a skylight helped maximize the use of this space.

The wall between the kitchen and dining room was removed opening up the space.

Skylight installation to bring more natural light into this room.

This desk was built by welding a steel frame together, adding locking casters and a poplar butcher block finished with a homemade varnish.

Table base was welded together from 2x3” rectangle steel stock and painted satin black. Table top is made from three huge slabs of ambrosia maple. Benches are made from reclaimed beechwood framing timbers.

Pony walls constructed at the top of this staircase make it safe for the home owners.

Worn out carpet was replaced with new oak stair treads finished to match existing woodwork and new risers painted to match existing trim.

This chimney was falling apart and leaking. Loose bricks were repaired and a New concrete chimney crown was installed with a drip edge to keep the water off the bricks. New chimney caps keep rain and animals out of the flue.

A water leak inside a bathroom wall left a big hole in the drywall and a new shutoff valve that needed access. This small door with a magnetic catch provides access in case of another emergency without having to do more damage.

Closet with custom shelving

A roof was added to this swing set to provide shade from the sun as well as a deck below with a partial wall to add an extra play area.

This old hardwood floor had to be removed. Instead of throwing it away, the finish was planed off and it was installed as an accent wall in a kitchen and adjacent half bathroom.
